Hosted by SVT Cobra Mustang Club at Parkway Ford. Event hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with check-in running 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.. Registration fee is $20.00 (pre-registration $15.00 before August 15, 2008). The temperature is hot and the cars are sizzling. See some of the hottest Mustang and Fords in Central NC. Activities include an on site dyno, vendors, music, and fun. Don't miss Cobra Alley, the longest line of SVT Cobras in the Carolinas. NHRA Nationals 

Thursday, September 11 - Sunday, September 14, 2008

Lowe's Motor Speedway will open the world's premiere drag racing facility with the inaugural NHRA Nationals Sept. 11-14. The event will be the first playoff round of the NHRA POWERade Countdown to the Championship and feature competition in all four professional categories -- Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle.

Hosted by Carolina Regional Mustang Club at Dale Jarrett Ford--88 Dale Jarrett Blvd--Indian Trail, NC. Event hours are from 8am to 5pm (rain or shine) with check-in running from 8am to 11am. Limited to first 250 vehicles. Judging (modified MCA rules) 11am to 2pm. Awards start promptly at 3pm. Registration fee is $25 for judged classes (pre-registration $20 before September 12, 2008). Goodguys Southeastern Nationals
Friday, October 24 To Sunday, October 26, 2008

More than 3,000 custom and modified cars will be at Lowe's Motor Speedway for the 15th annual Goodguys Southeastern Nationals! Street rods, customs, street machines and muscle cars displayed at the event span from the spectrum of automotive history, ranging from Model-A Fords stuffed with V-8 power to the radical Dodges and Chevrolets that ruled the streets during the 1960's.
The action-packed event also includes a manufacturer's midway, swap meet, car corral area with vehicles for sale, model car and pedal car display. A highlight of the weekend comes Sunday night when more than 2,000 of the brightly colored machines take to the 1.5 superspeedway for the annual Cruise Under the Lights.
